Billionaire or not, Kylie Jenner is still an extremely wealthy person. While people argue about her real net worth, the 22-year-old went on a $130 million shopping spree splurging on the most beautiful homes and even her own private jet.
Global Express Private Jet
If you’ve been following her Instagram, then you’d know that Jenner has developed a taste for traveling in style on private jets. After chartering flights, it looks like she finally decided to buy her own.
The purchase reportedly cost Jenner a whopping $70 million, not to mention the $5 million a year the Global Express Jet would need for maintenance. She also had the interiors customized in the same theme used on her daughter Stormi’s birthday.
Holmby Hills Mansion
Another big-ticket purchase made by Jenner recently is a $36.5 million Holmby Hills resort compound. She bought the property at a considerable discount as it was initially listed for $45 million.
Purchased just last April, the home spans 15,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms. Not only that, but her new place also has two separate guest apartments, which would undoubtedly come in handy given her entourage and large extended family.
Hidden Hills Plot
Jenner has long owned property in Hidden Hills. She purchased a 13,200-square-foot home in the area in 2016 for a reported $12 million when she was just 19 years old.
The abode stands on 1.4 acres of land and was designed in the Cape Cod-style of architecture.
Years later, she adds a new plot to her Hidden Hills holdings. She bought a five-acre land plot right next to her mansion for $15 million last May.
The vacant property was once owned by Miley Cyrus, who sold the land in 2018. The ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer reportedly used the lot to keep her horses.
Now, Jenner has hired well-known architect Richard Landry, who has worked with other celebrities like Tom Brady and Eddie Murphy before, to build her a new mansion.
Spending Concerns
While it looks Jenner can easily afford her purchases, her sisters have reportedly expressed some concerns about how quickly she’s been going through her fortune. Their sentiments come amidst the current controversy that the 22-year-old has found herself in.
Forbes is accusing the makeup mogul of forging tax documents to bump up the value of her company, Kylie Cosmetics.
